The Stark County Manufacturing Workforce Development Partnership is proud to share the 2025 Annual Report, highlighting another year of growth, innovation, and collaboration across Stark County’s manufacturing community. This report showcases progress toward the mission of supporting manufacturers’ expansion through seamless career pathways, inclusive training and education, and strong partnerships with employers, educators, workforce professionals, and community organizations. This report includes updates on youth outreach, WorkAdvance training and job placements, incumbent worker upskilling, financial stewardship, and the many sponsors and partners who make this work possible.
